Squeeze Lab sells novelty desk fidgets, squishy products, and related items.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors, textures, size, appearance, packaging, and product details may vary slightly due to device settings, manufacturing variations, product updates, supplier availability, or other factors outside our control.

Product descriptions, availability, prices, and images may be changed or updated without notice. We may limit product quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service where permitted by law.

Unless expressly stated in a product listing, our products are not food, are not edible, are not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Product safety and use

Customers must follow all product-specific warnings, instructions, and age guidance shown on the product page or packaging.

Unless a product listing clearly states otherwise, Squeeze Lab novelty fidgets are intended for individuals ages 14 and older.

Do not place products or product components in the mouth. Keep products away from young children and pets. Do not cut, puncture, bite, pull apart, microwave, freeze, expose to heat, or otherwise misuse any novelty fidget or squishy product.

Stop using a product if it becomes torn, punctured, leaking, damaged, or otherwise unsafe to use.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

We may accept, decline, limit, cancel, or modify an order where permitted by law, including because of:

• Product availability or inventory errors

• Incorrect pricing or product-description errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Shipping information that cannot be verified

• Violations of these Terms

An order is accepted only after payment has been processed and we send an order confirmation.

We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order enters processing. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, or billing information provided at checkout.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for an order is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or availability errors, including after an order has been placed. If an order is affected by a material error, we may cancel it and issue a refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, supplier delays, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Current shipping information and delivery estimates are provided on product pages, at checkout, or in order-confirmation communications.

7. Returns and refunds

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We offer a 30-day request window beginning on the date an order is marked delivered, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, we may request photos or video to review the request.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

The Services and their content—including the Squeeze Lab name, logo, site design, text, graphics, product-page layout, and original content—are owned by or licensed to Squeeze Lab and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.
